Aetna’s Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program is designed to protect your investment, reduce costly downtime, and keep your charging infrastructure running at peak efficiency.
With this program, a trained EV Charger Specialist will visit your site on a monthly or quarterly schedule—whichever best fits your needs.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) services include:
- Comprehensive visual inspection of chargers, cables, and all connections
- Safety and performance testing of all electrical components
- Lubrication of cable retractor systems (as applicable)
- Identification of any repairs or safety concerns
- Minor repairs completed during the visit
- Follow-up support for major repair needs
- Real-time monitoring capabilities for most systems
- Customized service based on charger type (Level 2 or DCFC)
