Carruth Capital, LLC is a privately-owned commercial real estate firm with over 3 million square feet of space under ownership. They are one of the largest landlords in Massachusetts with 40 commercial buildings.
The project scope included the installation and activation of 4 dual port CyberSwitching EVSE CSE1 charging stations at each of Carruth’s 12 office buildings for a total of 96 ports. Aetna was responsible for the site excavation, new electrical service, obtaining all required permits, installation, commissioning of chargers and processing rebates on behalf of Carruth Capital.
INCENTIVES & REBATES
National Grid covered a substantial amount of the infrastructure costs as well as a percentage of the EVSE and networking costs. Aetna Corp. filed all of the rebate paperwork to National Grid and MASSEVIP for all 12 sites on behalf of Carruth Capital.
